We understand that travel plans in the mountains can change. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the room to other guests.
How to cancel
To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your name and booking dates:

Cancellation timeline
- 7 days or more before check-in: full refund of any advance paid.
- 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the advance is refundable.
- Less than 3 days before check-in, or no-show: advance is non-refundable.
These are our standard terms. The exact terms for your booking will be confirmed when you reserve, and we will always try to be fair, especially in cases of genuine emergency or road and weather closures common to this region.
Changes by us
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (for example due to an emergency), we will inform you as early as possible and refund any advance in full.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed as described in our Refund Policy.
